I guide a style of breathwork sometimes called circular breathing (or connected) breathing- which is a simple, powerful technique where you breathe continuously without holding your breath at the top or bottom, 80% into your belly, 20% into the chest, and then exhale.
We breathe in and out through the mouth in a steady rhythm, allowing energy, emotions, and tension to rise to the surface and move through you. It’s raw, real, and incredibly transformational. This practice is about surrender, release, and coming back home to your body - one breath at a time.
Yes, when practiced mindfully, breathwork is very safe and deeply healing. Because this practice moves energy and emotions, you might experience physical sensations like tingling, temperature changes, or waves of emotion like sadness, anger, joy, or release.
This is your body clearing out what it’s been carrying. You are always in control of your experience. You can slow down, modify, or pause your breathing at any time.
In every session, you’re encouraged to listen to your body, trust your instincts, and honor whatever comes up.
No experience is needed at all — just a willingness to show up and breathe. Every session is guided step-by-step, so whether this is your very first time or you’ve done breathwork before, you’ll be fully supported.
