You will have the ability to ask for your sessions to be recorded. These recordings will be uploaded to your individual client portal only- for your future access and viewing. In addition, any resources, materials or session recaps provided will also be available in your client portal for continuous access.
Sometimes I like to go back over materials- will the sessions be recorded?
In this 1:1 container we meet consistently for deep, intuitive, soul-led sessions that evolve with you. I don’t follow a rigid structure- I follow you. Thus, the tools, practices and strategies I suggest in our sessions will be purposely chosen to meet you where you're at with whatever is coming up for you. Together we will experiment with what works, what doesn't- finding a natural flow and rhythm for your life.
Is there a checklist or a plan that I have to follow? I'm worried about keeping up with homework.
I strongly believe in following the intuitive guidance of our own bodies (and lives)- which is something we discuss heavily in coaching. For that reason, there is no rescheduling or cancellation policy. I only take on a handful of clients per year, which allows flexibility of my schedule to change on a moments notice. Not feeling the call today? Have a migraine? In flow with a project and want to continue with it? You can reschedule your coaching calls, whenever, no penalty or problem- even if it's five minutes before we're supposed to meet.
I have an unpredictable schedule or multiple obligations that I'm balancing. What if I need to reschedule?
This might sound unorthodox, but there is no limitation. When you choose to invest in a year-long container with me, I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at- and we build a call schedule that works the best for you. Need to meet weekly? Okay. Biweekly is best? Sure. Prefer longer monthly calls? Let's do it. Whatever support you need- I'm here for it.
